...I was looking out the front door yesterday morning for more birds on the porch when this little fellow came by. After he got himself a drink, he sat in one spot and proceeded to look all around, surveying all four directions of his little world. If I had opened the door, he would have run off, so I just snapped these through the glass. I look east when I look out the front door, so that's the image of just his back. And to answer your questions from yesterdat, yes, these are current shots, not old ones, and yes, I have some stray cats around, too, that ruin a perfectly good set up by chasing my prospective shots away! Right after this, two cardinals, male and female, landed on the porch rail not five feet from the front door, side by side, perfect pose. But could I get to the camera.....noooooooo(!!!!).... cuz I had the camera hooked up to the pc, and it was right in the middle of transferring all the shots I had already taken!! Arrrghhh! Have you ever lost a good shot cuz you were futzing around with the camera in one way or another??? :)) Thanks very kindly for looking and thanks so much for your generous comments on my previous stuff.
