Description
After alot more grief with Hell,i find i cant afford to send the new rig back,so i called my friend at microsoft and he got me everything i need to scrub the hard drive and reformat it so we can load whatever opperating system i like..i am going to stay away from Vistas until they iron it out,as i was reminded how bad XP was in the begining...Xp Pro looks like my best bet for now..It will void my warranty but with Hell you really dont have a warranty as the service is as shitty as it gets....on the other hand i loaded poser6 into it and rendered this..It rendered at least 10 times faster than usual(just guessing)But it was really fast and my photoshop is smooth and fast also..i cant wait to get a stable operating system in this puppy so i can get on with things..Remember Hell sucks and the XPS service is a joke so do yourself a big favor and buy your computer from someone else..cuz it feels pretty bad to spend this kind of money and get ripped off and know it from the minute you plug it in..and they knew it long before i plugged it in,,Thats the sad part,That a big company making that much money cant keep the customer happy..They could have done the same thing i did for myself to fix it but they refused at any cost..Just lazy bussiness techniques..What a Pain in the ass...

Man...sucks to hear about your experiences, have a Hell at work, but that's not by my choice...after hearing your story along with dozens of others, I'm sure they won't be getting my business. That said, once you got this up and going it turned out marvelously! Love the lighting effects on it and she's quite the cutie.

Vista sucks its another Linux Wannabe you need to get Xp Pro Corp edition with all the security updates and Bitdefender. I build my own computers so I put in it what I want and all of my systems work like a dream when when they are messing up. Its a great render and I am glad to see that you are posting again oh OSX Rules Viva Darwin 5 stars

For a not correctly working system it's quite a good render... LOOOOOOL It's a gorhgeous render and I'm glad to hear that you figured a way to solve your computer problems. I'll keep your advice about Hell in mind.

Bill, great loooking image. Glad you got some help on your OS. I've decided not to upgrade to Vista for a looong tiome yet. Just did XP on my old comp and then had to get this new one with it already installed.

I am still using Windows 2000 and I don't think I'll be moving up anytime soon. It is MS best stable operating system!! I like that you're system moves much faster to render this beauty!! Gorgeous work!!

Just gorgeous--sorry to hear about your beta software, may you find happiness and stability with XP instead;-) I try to buy an OS a year or so after they are introduced, it seems to take care of the worst of the bugs, but sometimes you just get a lemon of a hardware/software combo. But I think you could get a nice render out of Windows95 ;-)

Your art here is so beautiful, Bill!!! She's gorgeous! Wow, you really got it stuck to ya from Hell!! But, I'm so happy to hear that you can get it fixed for your usage!! One of my roomies is a PC expert for his living and he said for the applications we use for graphics we should stay clear of Vistas until all programs upgrade to be compatible. I thought that was interesting. No one of course tells us that. Again, this artwork is beautiful!
