Description

This post is dedicated to a gifted and extraordinary photographer, PhrankPower, who deleted his Photography gallery Sunday night. He posted a picture that some thought violated the TOS. RR will do what it has to do but so will artists like him (and others who have left) who refuse to compromise their art. As a fellow photographer and friend it was very hard to see his gallery gone but I understand, respect and support his decision to do so. I hope that he does not stay away though because the galleries won't be the same without his unique talent and style.

I know how he feels...I've been rendering with a Miki character for a few months now and suddenly, 2 days ago, they told me it wasn't up to their standards ( they said she looked too young for the clothing )!!! I sent them a nasty message and was about to pull my gallery when someone who posts here talked me out of it!!! We'll see what happens in the future.....

Sad it is happened this way with him, I liked his view and a way he put it into photography and I find nothing wrong with that intimate shot, I was realy happy happy for you two!

Well, since you checked nudity on your thumbnail I assume you'll have lots of hits from the usual low life voyeur crowd here. Someone might even complain that there isn't any nudity! Then, you'd REALLY be in trouble! Beautiful shot and words too.

I like this photograph. The composition is wonderful and provides good depth. Nicely lighted as well. Sorry to hear about PhrankPower's photo troubles. I'm sure there are two sides to the story but I hate seeing anyone cut off their nose to spite their face. Too bad we will miss ALL his work for the sake of this disagreement. It hurts everyone and I'm sure had little or no effect on those that enforced the removal of the photo.
