Description

A panoramic view of Grand Marais, Minnesota, on the shore of the mighty Lake Superior. Taken last October, this scene is about 4 or 5 pictures stitched together, shot from the hills above the picturesque harbor town. The next morning the area got its first dusting of snow, although I'm told that snowfall for the area so far this season is only a small fraction of the normal amount. This was the only time I've ever visited the Northern Shore of the Great Lake, but I'd imagine it would be beautiful any time of the year. This is the first post of the second round of my gallery. I think sometimes it may be a good thing to shed your gallery not unlike a snake sheds it's qwn skin.

What have you made to your gallery ?????? Then this will be a new one... and for this first new one, it's a fantastic panorama, and a very particular little harbour, with the superb colors of autumn. Nice done my friend.
