Description

I found this fellow apparently in charge of the harbour, Hospitalet, Catalunya, Spain. Or, he's in charge of Coastal Defence? I'm not sure.

Dear Rozanne, Your a TRICKY person - I'll have to remember that!!! I saw the title in the e-bot - figured you were taking pictures as usual - saw the thumbnail - decided a full gale was blowing again - and that the harbor master was dressed up in som elaborate foul weather gear!!! I'll get you for this!!!!! ;-) Actually - he's quite adorable!!!! Love the macro perspective!! I'm not an expert of Snow White's little buddies, but I'm guressing this is Doc!! ???
