Description

I keep looking at this image and see the dark side of fary tails. You read them and you see good against evil all the time. And the good wins all the time too; at lest the ones I read. I watch them on tv and the movies and it the same. I love them too. This what this image reminds me of. They going into darken where there is no light . What must they do to win over evil? And come back into the light. I know this is one of my sons wedding photos I took but I can not help but see storys in them. I like the mood too. I shot this with my digital camera. "flash and no flash is with my digial camera too, some one ask me that. I will try to post what I shot it with. If you see the camera and the speed of the shot then it with my digital camera; without the name is with my film camera.

Dear Jock, WOO-HOO!! I'm not gonna be the last to comment!! (For once!! - Someone should probably alert the media and check the temperature "way down yonder!!!" It's probably getting kind of chilly!!!) And - I was the smarty pants asking about which camera you were using - and if I were smart instead of a smarty pants, I'd have had sense enough to look up at top at the posting information!! What can I say??? I'm blond!!!! ;-) Anyway - this is a cool shot and I really like the story you see in it!! I alwasy see stories in things, too! And your stories are one of the reasons I always enjoy your posts so much!!! Fairy Tales do end with "And they lived happily every after!" And I can't think of any better commentary to make about someone's wedding than that!! Here's hoping that your son and daughter-in-law do indeed ALWAYS live happily ever after. And that is also my hope for your, my sweet friend!!!!! In fact, it'stime we all lived happily ever after!!!! Love ya!!! Meredith

A bit of Avalon Knights and it is into the late Middle Ages. Or it can recede to the time before Alfred was defeated by the Normans. G.K Chesterton wrote a poem.

Superb shot Jock!! Full of mystery. You have amazing imagination. These people just be themselves, good folks. They will come back into the loving light of your family. Hugs. Happy day for you. Di.

I think this is a very magical shot. The way the people all face each other but the man at the end faces out all most evil looking. Excellent use of low light.

Jocko, this is magical and wonderful artwork, amazing you could do this with a camera! The visual treat one gets by viewing this and then slowly scrolling right is amazing, as is scrolling back to the left to view the lovely "spirit like" ladies in waiting!!!

A totally amazing photo , Jock - it has such an eerie atmosphere with the grainy look , sinister men , and the darkness - love the balloons , bubbles , and spires ! AAAAAA +++++++

A most unusual shot, Jocko! The dark blending and silhouetting is a spooky kind of great. One thing I've learned about evil is that it is not necessarily the stuff of fairy tales, and that it's extremely difficult to defeat.

This is the line-up for the mens room, isn't it? Just kidding. I remember a cartoon on tv called 'Fractured Fairy Tales' when things didn't always work out the way they did in the book. I like the atmosphere here.
