Description

Ok, starting of the new year with this one. With the 1.1 release, Maxwell is finally starting to be a useful tool. There´s still a few issues left to solve, but the look of this scene is pretty close to what i had in mind for the renderer from start. Cinema4D for the models, Photoshop for postwork. Hope you enjoy.

Looks like a cool place to live :) Superb modelling and texture work and the off focus leaves and branches in the foreground give it superb depth too! AWESOME!!!

How long does it take you to produce an image like this? The texturing alone would take me days. Do you have resources for all your textures?

i have been away from 3D in a while, it's good to see that the artists I like are still producing great images. Great as always. The models are well built, detailed and textured, but what puts the cherry on the cake is the lighting and perspective, makes you want to look further and see what you find. Great stuff as always!
