Description
Samantha died 2 1/2 years ago but is fondly remembered. She was one of our first bunnies and was perfect for young children-- very gentle. She was also very playful. She loved playing chasings around the yard-- when she'd had enough she'd just stop and let herself be caught, or simply hop back into her hutch. I remember one time when we are all talking and she obviously felt we were ignoring her and should get on with the game--she hopped over to us and firmly thumped her back foot until we resumed the game.Also a good house bunny-- she often curled up on a bed next to the cat and made herself quite comfortable.
A lovely bunny and a terrific introduction to the world of bunnies as pets.

I wish I could share with you a picture of my bunnies but they were destroyed. I think it is so cute that bunnies and cats can get along so well. Sorry I am so late with commenting. Sure hope your weekend goes well...Shannon ;}

Samantha is very pretty - she almost looks like a wild bunny sitting out in the grass! Isn't it funny how they thump when they're mad or want your attention! They make themselves quite clear! I love your stories about the bunnies. In addition to the photo, I get a sense of the bunny's personality. And they're all such individuals.
