Dear Ace, I always read everyone else's comments - that's part of the reason it takes me so long to visit galleries. Anyway, I found Steve's interesting because I've always felt that about the trolls, too. I don't know why that is, but they never have set off my creepy-crawler alarms. They're not exactly ugly-cute, but there is something about them that doesn't really make them frightening! Maybe it's because they have a bit of a Yoda sort of face. Maybe Star Wars has in some way's changed our view of "aliens." IF you think about it, most of the bad guys were people just like us. For the most part, the "aliens" were allies. I like the Shaman title! He does have a "medicine man" feel about him. I think that also takes away some of the scary edge. This is very realistic looking!! The "set" is dead on - it could all be a photo of a primeval forest. The troll is super realistic, too!! Great job with his texture and props. The water also looks perfect!!! Superb job!!!!!! I wonder if he's registered to vote?? Maybe the girls should stop by and see if he'd like to "Vote Blond!!!!" ;-) Love ya!!! Meredith
