Taken at Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory - Milwaukee, WI. My apologies for posting such a big picture. I just didn't have the heart to crop it. Thank you for your time.

Lovely work, excellent use of light! Cropping should ALWAYS be optional and depends on how the subject speaks to you.

i like the lighting on this flower, the way some of it is in the shade but you can still see detail. like it very much...

I thought it was a fractal at first, too. Cosmically amazing shot, lil_sizzler; I agree wholeheartedly with your decision to leave this big, as it looks gorgeous and the large size allows for alot of detail that would be lost if this had been shrunken or cropped. The inventive lighting really makes the colors stand out. Brilliant!

I opened this render and the word that popped out of my mouth was "wow!" I said forward and backwards!!! This one in an immediate favorite. The lighting is superb, the colors are rich! the center of focus in this render is apparent. The pollen stem just stands out. Looks to me like a one light shot but waht a shot!!!
