Description
The horse played a very significant part in our history. During the Anglo-Boer (1899-1902) war every Colonial and Boer soldier established a treasured relationship with his horse. This love of horses is very much alive even today. I want to dedicate this photo of a young lady and her horse captured at the recent "Vierkleur" celebrations to Elrika of Bloemfontein who lost her horse GoGo during this week.
I want to include the names of artists who showed their affection towards the equines in the past: Amira, Jodie, Dawn and Kimarie.

What a very sweet picture and lovely dedication. I've never been around horses much, but I'm told they have a lot of personality, so I'm sure she feels the loss terribly. Bless her heart and bless you for the sweet thoughts for her.

I never really understood horses until I rode one a couple of summers ago... very beautiful and very intelligent beings indeed. I think this dedication is most comforting and compassionate. You've captured the bond between these two in a very special way. The way her eyes are focused upon her horse, the love and its warmth are definitely felt and will be will always remain...
