the night is raining
quietly
further away
Â
I'm standing
in front of my window
naked
nothing to hide
Â
I feel some raindrops
burning my eyes
my cheeks
my chin
Â
somewhere
there's a light
people are surviving
Â
somewhere
far away
Â
maybe
Â
it's you

Splendidly creepy!!!

You don't recognize anyone here..? LOL This reminds me very much of our Driekoningen evenings in my home village Denderhoutem. It was exactly like this... Groups of masked people went from door to door, visiting neighbours, family and friends, singing songs, having a great time (and getting drunk)...

look like some of the surreal artists shots here I saw in a book. I know this is not one for it yours. It looks super what you did

Nicely done. I admire anyone with the patience and love to meticulously restore photographs. Kudos!

ahh the 50's. beatniks and the blues and what we now call oldies but goodies. im a 70's child, (the lost generation?), and i think i would have enjoyed being in this group, at carni`val. coolness image! (yes, forward this image to King and let him write a novel around it. this may be more of an Anne Rice storyline, but yes, a King cover.)

You did a fantastic job of it! I love the hats!! Very cool costumes. I don't think it's creepy at all, just old fashioned. (:
