Hello all!!
Here is my male ragdoll cat ringo sitting so proudly on the bed . A few of you had asked to see more of him so I am posting this up today . He is hard to capture though when I bring the camera around he usually runs for under the bed. But I have been giving him long back massages haha and he is finally warming up to mee!! ( now if I forget to give him attention he will meow up a storm !! LOL_)
This was taken with my canon rebel xt in low light in my room so a little dark but I still like it as it is the first real portrait I have taken of my moody ragdoll - his majesty ( he thinks he is the KING LOL )- hardly any postwork on this image here... I had the cam on the wrong setting here so suprised it even came out at all ( dont laugh still learning how to use settings on the slr cam )
He is soo funny ( I have a picture of it I should put up ) He will only drink water if its running water have to turn on the bathroom sink !! Then he wants to be petted on the back as he is getting that drink .
WEll good news I can actually come on my compt now!! Lol my teenager is homeschooled now and had taken over and it seemed I could never ever get on my computer ( Annie my 15 year old is strong willed but I have been busy too so I can't put al the blame on her)!
So this week my family sat down at the table and made a new compt schedual and hehe wow I actually get a few hours each day set aside so I can come on now and look and comment on all of your wonderful work and hopefully post too!! Cause I love this site and you all mean the world too me and when I am away I really miss it more than I can say!

What a majestic pose. Beautiful cat very nicely lit image. With that mask I would have called him Zorro! I know how difficult it is to capture them....Here at home I see them in an interesting pose and go grab the camera, set up the tri-pod and try and compose the image and just as I go to press the shutter....they move! Drats!

very stunning cat and capture. I was taking night shots from the Santa Fe parking garage in Vegas and the next day I stopped at the Meteorite park and was shooting away and realized I still had the camera set for 1600 iso so I climbed the rocks again and redone all.

He,he.. I do have a Siamese cat too and I know what you mean about he feels like a king. Well mine is now 19 years old and after so many years with people,has developed really strange habits. Lovely portrait :-)
