Description
This painting became real after I saw one other artists character that was inspired by another artist work.
I have seen it many times ,
last time I saw it and something snaped in my head (guess it is called inspiration), so I started this piece which was in my mind for long time.
This painting represents my blend version of human-mantis, as I called it MANtis, species.I admire mantis insects, they look so unearthly,inteligent and alien-like.

mantids & spiders are my absolute favourite insects! the greens in this are so rich and vibrant, and the details delightful... what i think i truly appreciate the most about this piece is the counterbalance betwixt the "creepiness" of the MANtis and the "cuteness" of his meal - puts a huge smile on my face, it does...

I used photoshop for this piece, and I use photoshop in all my 2D work. I also like 3D.
