My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Well me & Mina: I'm in great company! Oh do I wish I could see this first-hand, I bet it's even stronger in person. It's a big silhouette of imposing mountains & land & some trees & other brush sticking their branches into the light. The Orientals did trees that way, beautiful dark strokes that cut through the fog & washes they so loved. And your water is simple & luminous, esp as it winds into the mountains; and your sky has nice violets and those delicate washes atop. (God, using washes takes so long; I use watercolors like oils, it's so not like watercolors; I found that painting well with washes was a real art. I really like the washes in your sky.) It's an imposing piece, and I gotta look for more of your paintings...I looked through several pages, but saw mainly software. I'll keep looking. I'd hang this on my wall without hesitation... (and by the way, you gotta leave a light on or something, put out a magazine, some trail mix, something...I'm all the way back in 2007 here, I don't think they have running water yet...)
