Description

"Bad weather always looks worse through a window." ~ Tom Lehrer

I've found that rain spattered windows can have their own charm when made into a blurstraction. At night, when focusing on the window itself, the lights beyond take on a softer aspect while the rain drops trace spider web patterns across the photo. Yes, I was driving at night in the rain AND taking photos. Kids, don't try this at home. I am a trained blurrito. Please "zoom in" for maximum detail, thanks. -----

You'll get arrested one day with the strange things you do at night!! But I must say, it was well worth the risk. What a cracking image and the colours are great!

It looks like a spider's creation to me. I'm afraid to touch it, lol. I prefer the one on the right...go figure. We all like something different ;)

Well, I don't have to worry about taking pictures while driving in the rain, because we haven't had any rain around here for seemingly eons. Anyway, a most intriguing and well captured capture, Kort. Oh yes, Happy Birthday!

These are an incredible series! Imagine them, windshield size and shape, lining a gallery wall! It boggles the mind! The "double exposure", created by the raindrops tracing the webbed effect adds such a depth of texture. I wonder how the world would look through a fine dusting of snowflakes on a lens, or that rime of frost on the inside of the windows in the winter. Not blurred from movement, but the elements. Thanks for the blurstraction sir, please insure your safety while setting up the next. It would be a shme to lose such talent and innovative thinking. BJ
