Blurstractions XI - Green Means Go by TwoPynts

"A man sits in his car at the traffic lights, waiting for them to go green." ~ Michael Frayn
Blurstractions continued. You may have noticed that most of these have been taken from my car. Perhaps that is because going to and from work is one of the few opportunities I have to do something like this. The colored lights are also present, and the low ambient aids in the longer exposure times. I caught this one the other night while passing below a green traffic signal. The beryl lamp is a brilliant flare against the gray sky of dusk but the ghostly shape of the signal light is still evident behind it. -----

A green light, indeed! Definitely a flourescent amoeba or some other minuscule creature under a microscope! In any event, a wonderful creative photo!

Judging by the stretch on this blurred traffic light, I reckon you were driving a Shelby Cobra (0-60 in 4 seconds !) ~Cheers~
