Description

This statue in Elmwood Cemetery is rather unusual because most all of them depict the angels standing, with most of them looking down. But she, while still looking down is sitting. I wasn't happy with some of the lower angles I took of her, so I plan to go back and give it another try. But I was rather fond of this horizonless angle looking at her from above. This is the third of a series of statues from Elmwood Cemetery I took last weekend. If you want to see the other two you can click right here!

She's beautiful and full of graceful. Love how her hands are arranged so delicately in her lap and the high attention to detail in the lilies make this unlike any statue I've ever seen in a cemetery before. Excellent capture but yes you must shoot her again!
