My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

A beautiful peony. I love your needlepoint. I do counted cross stitch, so have a great appreciation of needle crafts.

Both of these needlepoint works are beautiful. Did you design the shapes yourself? There are really nice tones in both of these works.

Beautifully done! I love hydrangeas, and just got a new plant to put out in the yard. Now if only the weather would stop freezing at night, and then we can all start enjoying our flowers again. :-)

How'd I miss this one ! another beautiful work...and I love peonies too, although I'm not too sure they grow in Florida???....I remember when I was a kid living outside of Chicago, there were always lots of peony bushes and I thought they were fantastic flowers ! ~ Hugs ~

I love them too. Sme people hate when they shed....to me it is like heavenly confetti. I don't mind cleaning up after them at all. :)

Hi Tara, looking in the early times of your postings, I found this wonderful work. I don´t do needlework. Smile, but it would be a little better on the world, if men like more needlework than weapons. But now serious. I knew a woman very well, her hobby was needleworking. And I saw every evening, how slowly this work goes forward. How accurate and exact the work must be, under the strong light of a special lamp. But the results were stunning, really great. One large work is hanging on a wall here. And your needlework is wonderful, there was hour for hour to do so much. And you did it very exactly. This is very important. Therefore your needlework is such a beauty. Believe me, I can say this, I am an expert in looking on neeedleworks, smile. All the best, Bernd
