the cave is on the left (west) side.an outdoor stadium is right at the foot of the mesa.they literally built the town around the mesa I am using Vista now and liking it so far.takes some getting use to thanks for viewing and comments

Excellent captures, and hate to sound so clueless, but is that snow or white sand ? looks like those people have on heavy coats, so I guess it's probably snow :o) ~ Hugs ~

Beautiful perspectives you've captured and juxtaposed as one image captures the beauty of "independence" if you will; untouched and unwalked by the human, and the other one is being explored... a very special place indeed, I would have to agree---caves are lovely... just one of those mysterious things in life--do we dare venture in and find out what "lies within", what secrets it may hold.... Very inspiring photograph, taken at superb angles, only to reveal just enough, and the rest is left for the imagination.........

I can't get over it, seeing snow in the desert ! The top one is just like out of San Andreas Game, where the U.S.A.F. has a base...just love busting into that compound and stealing their equipment....just for fun ! great Mesa captures Richard ~Cheers~
