The beautiful and elegant Bobcat.
... another animal, like the opossum, (that I posted earlier) considered to be a pest, often hunted and killed.
They come into our communities, even in our back yards and eat our dogs and cats, chickens, etc.
But what can we expect? We encroach on their habitat more and more each year. And the bobcat,
being a very adaptable animal, makes due the only way it knows how, trying to survive as best it can.

We see a lot of animals killed because they eat a cat or dog and neighborhoods get upset but the animals are just doing what comes naturally. Its a real waste when wild animals are killed for behaving as nature intended. Great shot!

I highly respect these animals but I will continue to hunt them when they raid my ducks and chickens. I hate it but this is also a fact of life.

Great shot. Yes, these guys hang around here too. I hate to let my grandkids outside in case they wander off and these predators kill them. They kill our cats too.

Yes a shrinking world for wildlife, but perhaps like birds of prey often get accused of killing even a road kill..
