Description

Earlier on in this series I took a Panoramic shot from Tate Modern over looking the Millennium Bridge, this pano was taken on the opposite side of the River Thames showing the Tate modern itself. Shown from the Left is the Millennium bridge underneath it is Southwark Bridge, top of tower bridge, and the Globe Theater is also seen. Center is the Tate Modern, to the right is Blackfriars Bridge, underneath it is Waterloo Bridge The Tate Modern building was once a Power Station, and was converted to a modern art museum in 2000. Anyone into art (Guess thats you lot! lol) should visit the Tate Modern. With pieces from Jackson Pollock to Salvador Dali it would be hard not to find an artist who hasn't influenced ones work or another, can easily spend hours appreciating or depreciating artwork...well it is modern art :P Original 10467x2284 Used Sony Cybershot P200, PSPX, and PTGui Thanks for Viewing!

Splendid pano. Great to have the bridge run to the emphasized clouds in the composition.

I always wondered, with England not being a large country(island) where does all the water in the Thames comes from.you must get a very high rainfall each year.truly a beautiful place and superb panorama
