Description

Photography made with my Nikon D70S, a Tamron lens 18-200 mm. No flash, and no postwork, just framed with Photoshop 7 You continue the Nocturnal Derive with me ????? Lol Tonight another Whisky I love..... From the distillery of Lagavulin. For the one's who don't know it, it's another Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This one is a 12 years old... a little bit young ;o)))) Sorry we have finished the 16 years old in december 2004 with Giancarlo and his sons, for a very special occasion, it was the first time we where together.... And we are all lovers of great Whisky ;o)))))
This Lagavulin 12 years old cask strength special release revives the tradition. The colour is pale, the nose fresh and mentholated reminds toffee and dried fruits. Creamy peaty, liquorice and spices (clove). The taste is very smoky, after the malt sweetness. Hints of iodine and wood (cedar). The very long finish recalls the spices..... Are you ready now for a taste ????? But remember.... it's for a meditation.... alcohol is dangerous for our health !!!!! Cheers !!!!! The previous post in my gallery :

The olde the malt the adarker you ambient color! I love it, the capture is fit for a magazine and the whiskey indeed for a specail occasion.
