Description

A sunrise view from our room at the Kangaroo Island Lodge, in American River (Kangaroo Island, South Australia). I played with cropping more of the black out, it just didn't seem to look as good. I cloned out a powerpole and a green spot caused by shooting into the sun. Thank you for your much appreciated comments, have a great Friday! See full size for better color Wendy

Great silhouettes and the power lines cleverly used to lead the eye instead of being distracting, well done!

I like seeing these wires heading off into the sun. The odd time when wires really enhance an image. The rest of it is gorgeous Silhouettes!!

Very interesting and beautiful - looks as if the Aussies get their power directly from the sun!

I knew it! Australia's sun is powered by electricity. That's why it's always so hot there. You were very brave to bring us this photodocumentary evidence. (Great shot, btw; beautiful and gentle gradient with the sky.)
