Hey girl, I know how that feels. The past always comes back until we resolve the issues that bother us. I know that is a hard thing to do as well. I used to get angry because it seems that no matter what, life goes on. I finally realized that if it didn't, we would be stuck forever in our predicaments. Life forces us to make certain choices. Usually they are hard ones. One thing I do know also from personal experience is that the fear of the happening is usually worse than the actual event. Hang in there girl, and I believe you have my email address if you ever need to vent! I will note you with it again, and an alternate one as well.
