Description
I have to confess that I did a lot of cheating with this image. When I took the original I used a shutter speed that was too fast for the water, so I took it into Photoshop and used the Smudge Tool to get the nice water effect.

What you did works pretty well, though some rock edges and the topmost water give it away. Try selective blurring next time. :)
