I love it when an artist constantly surprises and astounds me!! I've seen you do gargantuan Sci-Fi structures and ships, marvelously detailed mediterranean architecture, and now landscapes! I really love the feeling of depth you've achieved here with your rolling hills receding into the distance, and the wonderful sky! Very inspiring work.

Great image! Upon closer inspection I would say the textures on the bridge could use some bump or displacement to get the last bit of 'blockyness' (straight sides and edges) out of the way, but maybe those people hacking the stones from the mountains did their best to get them this straight :) There's a tad too much repeating of patterns on duplicated objects, but I can understand you want to get things done and start another great new image every now and then. This looks very un-Carrara to me, what I mean as a compliment. I guess this would never have been possible without the replicator, wouldn't it?

Hi Michael, really nice image here. Maybe readjust the light direction at the beginning of the road to match the other light in the image? ;-) Always a balancing act between showing detail and making things cohesive I know...

Nice! Especially the sky. I do second Mark's comment about the light though.

Thanks for the comments and ideas folks ,yes the replicator function was used for this scene, i usually dont do landscapes on a gran scale i was trying for something a little less in the modeling dept.this time ! Light source was a bit of a challange on this i was trying for the shadow casting effect and the show of detail on the shrubbery , in the future more time and effort will be spent on the light source , i promise . Again thanks to all for the wonderfull comments . Michael.

Great work as always. A sense of the timeless. And the sky here is beautiful. I want to walk down the steps and see what's beyond the horizon. Bravo!

Hi Michael, something wrong with the light. and the trees in the background looks too regular... needs some fantasy in distribition. beautiful work anyway
