Description

You know now I a fake with birds. I thought I know them somewhat but kjpweb knew what they was and others too lol. Sorry about that. I know nothing but they have feathers. None around here have feathers and fur. They are "down under" have that and I not there to photo them. I do know they are Great White Egrets for that the same type bird that flow into the tree close to me and I photo him and posted hin a few days ago. I saw him fly there at less three times. I do not know if it was the same one but He was in the same tree three times. Here you see I did take the time to put on the 2x thing to double my 200 to a 400mm len. I saw them as I was driveing on the road and saw hundreds of white things way off in the woods. I thought it was those worms things that spin webs in trees but I know it was too early in the year for this. When I put the len on the camera and looked I was amaze at what I was. Here you see just a few of them and this one have one of the Great White Egret sideways so you can tell what it is. I have no ideal why they are in trees. Look like all of them are in trees. I almost did not post this thinking no one cares about birds in trees but this is strange to see this type of birds in a tree much more to see hundreds in trees. They most the time in low water or flying. kjpweb please tell me why??? someone please tell me why???? thanks for looking and comments

I don't know Jocko. Am I missing something? From this distance I can just about make out the white on these avians. You would think with that 400mm lens setup of yours that these birds would have been huge. Nice shot of all the branches and twigs though.
