Description
Is there such a thing as too much of a good thing? It probably depends upon what the "thing" is. The Four of Cups is indicitive of this kind of abundance. On the surface it indicates that there is an abundance of love and goodness and all the wonderful flowery things one can imagine - but it warns that these things could easily be lost. When we enjoy plenty we often forget what it is like to have nothing. The Four of Cups is a warning against such complacency.
