Description

AloooooHa! It's the weekend once again, and I have sometime to catch up and maybe post an image. First off, I want to apologize for not commenting as much, seems I'm having trouble getting my ebots. I didn't realize I had missed so many images. I just thought no one in my favs were posting. After cruising the galleries I realized I'm not getting all my ebots. I'm not sure if it's my server or RR. None the less, I'm sorry I missed so many great images over the last few weeks. You know once you start to fall behind it's just about impossible to catch up... This image was taken in some really poor light but I liked the wave size and shot...so instead of sending it to the "Bin"...I screwed with it and came up with this....On this day no one tried to catch these big ones when the rolled in...like me they just sat back and let it roll by. Have a great weekend everyone and much Aloha to All!!

That's funny I was thinking the same thing? Is no one posting?? I think we're all having the same problems? not sure why? Anyway, I'm sooooo glad it's the weekend!! Unfortunately we're getting these warm winds and tons of rain from Hawaii? We're expecting floods this weekend, the rivers are rising and the snow on the mountains is melting, I got my raft ready so don't worry...LOL!!!! This image is an excellent example of the emmense power of water, mother nature's cleanse. You have an incredible eye for beauty & power in nature Dave and this is why your work stands out in the crowd!!! Brilliantly done!!!!!!!! Aloha... and enjoy the weekend... ;-)

Well I am certainly glad this one didn't end up in the "bin" because it most certainly does not belong there---- What a magical image! The splash of the waves is so powerful and so moving! The hue of blue that you've used is most perfect, and so natural looking--this looks like something that might of occurred some time at night, when all the little boys and girls are off in dream land... A fantastic image! I like the fact that everyone just sat around and let it "roll by"... this is when the best images seem to take form--- just dazzling!

This is amazing. Cool blue. Can almost hear the roar of this wave. I do know how it is getting behind. I think it must take a month to catch up, then you have to start all over again. Great upload Dave.

You know once you start to fall behind it's just about impossible to catch up... I hear that. LOL. I'm in a similar boat. Anyway, this is gorgeous, Dave. I'm always partial to blue and this one is such a magnificent color! Beautiful and most painterly image, with perfect pw, as well. Hope you had a great weekend and have an even better week. Aloha!-M :^)
