Description
Tithia DeVere, Matron of Vere Syndicate.
Vere and Vandar are arch enemies. Vandar wants
a Shadow Hound, Vere tries to prevent it. Tithia
is unusual among her kind in another way. Matrons
take consorts and dispose of them once the
novelty wears off. Tithia wed her consort and
they are still together after a century.

First time I've encountered this species! Closely humanoid - except for the hands and possibly other differences concealed by her clothing. I like the careful detail and the free imagination at work here. Impressive.
