Description
I was reading a couple of old Gold Key Star Trek comics on Saturday and thought, hmm...wonder if I could do that.
So, using my own Enterprise model (TS4), a spaceship by Geodesic, an appropriate font from a site and scanned photos of Kirk and Spock/Gold Key corner logo, I set about making up a fictional comic cover.
As my comics are the UK versions I put the price in pence on it as well.

Duo, looks like they got all over the place, eh? Thanks for the kind comments, guys. The font was the thing that enabled me to produce this image...otherwise it could have been just another Trek image. Might try another one...with figures this time... and in true Gold Key/Wyndham tradition they won't look like anyone!!

Nicely done! Sure does capture the look of those old Gold Keys. I all but lived on those things in between the time the series ended here in the states and the first movie was finally released. Thanks for the nostalgia trip.
