Did this a while ago...
Eccentric inventor Dr Who (as played by Peter Cusing in the two 1960s movies) arrives in 17th century Cornwall in TARDIS. It is winter (obvioulsy), and the locals are all in the ale house...
This started out as a straighforward render of some buildings that came free on a disc from a magazine. But then I wanted to add an extra dimension (get it...?) and added my own TS4 TARDIS, based on the 60s film prop rather than the TV one - bigger, darker and more like a real one.
I don't know what you'll make of it, but I liked it.

I would guess that the locals would think the Good Doctor was a Wizard or the like and either fear him or try to burn him at the stake. Very well done!

The old Doctors were great! I don't like the new ones much. I personally like the episode, "An Unearthly Child". I'm itching to do a Dr. Who scene myself... but which one? Very cool render!

Great scene and well-lit. Part of the charm of Dr Who is that no-one's going to notice a 20th Century Police Phone Box in the 17th Century street! I agree with Death_at_Midnight - I much prefer the Classic series.
