My dog goes outside each day to stand in the sunlight. And I read an article last week stating that 15 minutes of sunlight each day for humans provides a vitamin that reduces the incidence of breast and colon cancer. Maybe our dogs have a built in sunlight monitor. Your dog is a cutie, Rozanne.

Tibetan Spanial? My favorite breed! ;'P He's adorable in the sunbeam, great capture.

He is warming him self and collecting all the vitamins from the sunlight beam. Beautiful pet. Aloha

What a lovely capture of the old boy catching a sunbeam...

Nice dog, Rozanne. Looks a bit like Herge's caroon hereo Tin Tin's dog. As for the '15 minutes of sunshine required for certain vitamin(s)-theory', that would not work during most of our recent Scottish winters, nor summers for that matter.. ;o) No gardening yesterday at my mother-in-laws due to the snow stopping play.. Regards, John.
