Description

Zabriski Point, Death Valley is a frequently photographed location. In orde to capture a unique perspective, this image is a "photoshopped" composite of 3 separate(6x7) images to capture a panoramic picture(20x70 inches) without compromising resolution. For scale, the altitude of the valley is below sea level and the mountains in the background are ove 2 miles high.
