Description
This was shot in Pennsylvania at one of my secret places that is only accessable by trails through miles of forest that have to be travelled in the darkness of morning to capture sights like this. I shot it hand-holding a Mamiya RZ67 while balancing with one foot on the edge of a 300 ft cliff to get the angle. I have no regrets.

That is a beautiful sight. I like your point of view and this misty look. It would also be nice if more of the higher tree was seen too.

This is very well worth it, nice shot!! If you crop the top tree off about a cm above the twisted cedar it looks even better!! Hope you dont mind such comments!! Lou

My only regret is that the image is not larger so that I might enjoy all the beautiful detail, textures and then just to get lost within the photograph. Never the less, thank you for sharing. egmont
