I think it's awesome! my only suggestion really is that most people don't hold a cigarette like that..i think the hand pose could be better (i think that's what i'm saying lol*) love the lighting and i can't wait to see the next "episode" when he meets Busty! =)

actually in the 40's, many of your manly men held the cig between their pointing finger and thumb, not sure why, guess it was a "masculine" thing at the time LOL

I gotta agree about the way the cigarette's held as being just fine. It was, at one time, considered an unofficial macho way of holding yer cancer stick. Just check out Don Johnson on "Miami Vice". Besides, we're talking about Jake Tanner here! The guy's a friggin' private dick. He ain't holdin' no smoke the way the rest of us pansies would. [Fantastic image by the way. Wish I'd thought of something like this first cause I love this type of noir stuff.]
