How come I never find anything like that in my rose garden?! ;-) You have indeed captured the beauty of the male form without being vulger- Excellent!

It's very nice, though the leg up does make it seem a bit of an unnatural pose. This is not a comment about your work, which i do think is very good, but i am curious because of what a former person wrote why we so eagerly accept the nude female form, tastefully posed in a beautiful setting art, yet consider the same pose, same background with a male who is fully nude "vulgar". i think you can do both. A man's anatomy is no more 'out there' than a woman's breats sometimes are. But now i am rambling .. smile .. excellent rose, great pose(with the noted exception above), and a lovely texture put to the overall image. Very nice.

Excellent! Someone once said that woman had beauty at rest, while man had beauty in motion. The foot raised compliments the muscle flow, and implies motion. Good Job!

A very beautiful image...I like the matt look that makes it look less like a photo and more like piece of art. (Not that photography is not an art form!) But I agree with designodyssey...though I like this creation I feel if it had been a full nude figure I would not have seen it as vulgar but as a very artistic view of the full male form.

Nice work, I just enjoy seeing people do some work with the guys too, I prefer working with Mike myself. This is really nicely done.

I thank you all for you comments, the idea behind this image, was to make it resemble an old painting, showing the beauty of the male form, next to the natural beauty of the rose.. I didn't want his "private parts" to be the focal point.. I find the male form beautiful in it's entirety however

I feel you accomplished exactly that and your pose isn't unnatural just a touch of the smooth brush around the area where his thigh touches the stomach would have given a relaxed feel to his pose.... my hubby lies like that sometimes and we are flexable creatures to move our limbs this is a very well done piece of art ...with the rose gives it a romantic sensual feel as well isn't it rose petals strewn across a bed that is sensually romantic

This work is excellent. I like the idea and coverall I like the concept. He is very beautiful to see the combination of force and sensitivity. You are everything a teacher to whom I admire deeply. I animate to him to continue working so that of this form I will be but happy when she watches its excellent work.
