If you was previously in my favorite artist list and was recently removed this is because i was in the critique group but it seems to be dead these days.

Im not really much a community person, im mostly here to learn, view and share art.
Been a member for quite a while now and ive been using poser for even longer, but i tend to loose interest after a couple of months and then go missing for a while.
I always show up sooner or later tho, cant stay away from the drug that is CG.
So far the only aplications i have any idea of how to use are Poser and Vue. I have tried to force myself to learn the more advanced packages like Max and maya but i always find that my motivation is not enough to break thru the wall that is learning the adanced programs.
Recently i have managed to learn a few basic things about modelling and hopefully i will be able to do something more creative than following tutorials some time soon.
Anyways, feel free to look through my gallery, and when (not if) you see something i need to improve upon then dont hesitate to comment/drop me a PM since i always strive to improve.
May the polygons be with you.

Nice!

i like the silhouette(sp) but it kinda sticks out for me. maybe if you darkened the walls a bit more at the front of the image

I'm pretty happy with this myself, great volumetrics, very dramatic. The only thing I would change is I'd swap the guns, unless she's a left-hander (much bigger recoil on the SMG at full auto). Some bump to show the slots between the bricks and mortar would be great. Wonderful bit of sweeping curve on her right side, down the hip and pants line.
Chippsyann
I have a suggestion...if you have a editing program, do another render of the figure alone with lights on, (no background stuff) then save it as a "png file". Open both images in a editing program, (Photoshop or something) then add the figure rendered on top of the first image; (resize so it fits) then adjust the characters visibility to how much of it you want to see. "This is just simple postwork... but it will give you another finished image"

Thanks for the comments so far, makes me feel like keep working on it. @ pjz99 she is actually standing with it in her right hand, its just hard to make out which way she is facing, i might add more light to make it more clear. @ zollster and Chippsyann, i have a light to light her front side up that only affects her, i just didn't bother turning it up, but i might do that, or, if the results doesn't look as good as i want i might try Chippsyann's method. Thanks for the suggestions, really appreciate a second opinion, it really helps.
Rutra
Looks very good to me but you have to see it in full size because in the reduced view I see some strange "waves" of gray on the floor. Hmmm... In full size it's a great image. The volumetrics are very well made. All very dramatic. No crits.

I'm with Rutra. Just hit full view and you can appreciate it better. Nice idea and good realization. It may need just a tad of light and shadows adjustaments. Just my two cents of course.

I really love the concept on this one. Very dramataic presentation too. I would agree about a little bump on the brick/mortar joins. Also, I find the uniformity of the square "entrance" to the tunnel a little too...um...square? Love the character pose and the silhouette. All in all a really good image!

Dramatic and creative work!
Bea
Its difficult to get a feeling of size and depth. It almost looks as if her head is touching the ceiling - but maybe that's what you wanted it to look like? But a great idea and I love the lighting.
Greywolf Starkiller
Nothing I can say that hasn't already been said. The lighting is awesome, but like all volumetric lights, I bet it took a LOOOOONG time to render. :)

Very Dramatic, very dramatic indeed. I expect to see Clint Eastwood emerge from the shadows. You have a unique talent, one that's well worth recognition, so DO keep it coming! David P. Hoadley
