Sometimes it's like releasing pixels into an empty room where the feeble light fades in the distance and the shadows tumble in like fog sweeping down toward a loch in the Scottish Highlands ... yeah, it's a really big room. Probably will never fill it.BIOBegan with pencil, sculpted in clay, time passed. Honed my rendering skills on POV-Ray for a number of years (modelling with a line editor was a bugger -- but it was free).
My main interest these days is to master two problems: composition and narrativity. My current tools are Poser4 and Vue d'Esprit4 ... I also dabble with Truespace, xfrog and Z-Brush.
My Web site explores different aspects of my ongoing work but I'd rather make pictures than keep it up to date. Feel free to check it out:

You have succeeded in creating an interesting image with an eerie feel to it. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add shadows to the orc and the boulders in the foreground. They look as if they are floating.

Thanks RJS -- you are quite right. I re-positioned the boulder and am running another render. I will post the revised version when it's done. I appreciate the comments from everyone.

The centre boulder in the foreground has been fixed, thanx RJS.
