Description

The Droog snarled as the hairs prickled on the back of his neck -- someone or something was watching him. Credits Orc character for Michael (DAZ) by Ghost of Macbeth, creeper by DAZ. I created the caverns myself using Vue4 terrains. This picture is mainly a study in atmosphere and lighting. I was attempting to create distinct planes of action while retaining depth of field within the elongated frame of a comicbook panel. (Oh yeah, and I was trying to keep it eerie.)

You have succeeded in creating an interesting image with an eerie feel to it. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add shadows to the orc and the boulders in the foreground. They look as if they are floating.

Thanks RJS -- you are quite right. I re-positioned the boulder and am running another render. I will post the revised version when it's done. I appreciate the comments from everyone.

The centre boulder in the foreground has been fixed, thanx RJS.
