Just a work of practice blending and layering. Working with paintshop pro X. Practice using gradient fills, borders, text work.

What a lovely and delicate portrait. There's even green reflected on her face to match her eyes. She is lovely indeed, but the clarity of the elements in the border distracts, as mentioned previously. Wow, is she beautiful!
