Hello my friends I am very excited about this short serie I start today about big birds, predatory birds. I was in a medieval fair this last weekend and saw a exposition of predatory birds and falconry, and drove there to make pics.
I must to say the conditions of weather was so bad, very cloudy and dark light. and I used ISO 800 or higher (800 with this) and procesed the RAW pic in photoshop and later the Neat image to try erase the noise. I am so grateful to the reference of Danob (Danny), DJB (Douglas)and kjpweb (Klaus)with they wonderful pics of big birds and I only want some similar and don

B E A U T I F U L L!!!!! This is so impressive!! We use to trade these beauties with big and large $$$ back in the 90's :D But now its more dangerous to bring them out of RUSSIA! Very enchanting close-up portrait. It is a nice success, especially taking into account the poor light conditions that forced you, even with ISO 800, to adopt a relatively slow shutter speed (1/125s) for the adopted focal length (F200, silver equiv. 300mm), so this proves also that you have a very steady hand, LOL!
