Hey and welcome! My name is Brandy and I must tell you I'm obsessed with my camera. Whether its taking pictures of myself (as I often do...their terrible lol) or making my friends pose for me, I love using my camera. I have a Canon Rebel XT and I edit with Photoshop CS2.
I'm happily married (you may come across a picture or two of our wedding day in my gallery), and have been for three years.
I've been interested in photography ever since my freshman year of high school. I am currently a photo major in my 2nd semester of college. I've been using my Canon 35mm much more because of school, I sure do miss my Rebel. It's nice to go back and re-learn everything. Nothing is more "centering" than making a print in the dark room.
I've started studying color photography. I'm such a fan of black and white, I wasn't sure if I'd like color. This class has made me appreciate the colors nature gives us, and to realize that I can get emotion out of color and not just black and white. I hope to do well and do something with my education.
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoy my work as much as I have.

A dark, yet artistic image. It's good!

LOL @ You sat her! :D Well, i like the pose of your model, the grain/noise to this shot gave it more older photography feeling + some kinda DARK ART Concept! Her eyes says a lot. One of the things her eyes said... Help me out! Its like she is lost or something, but again, how come some one get lost in the bath top unless he/she is high! :P Wonderful portrait and techniques. Keep the DARK ONES up please. Have a nice day JOE

Kind of creepy. Are you sure your name isn't Norman Bates? I don't believe the image would be quite as effective if it weren't grainy. Wonderful shot, great concept! Congrats!

Looks like the bathroom set from the film "SAW"

Great pose and expression - The presentation style adds to the emotion and grungy look.

It says to me that she has led a life of unease. Perhaps she has some demons to hide. I see her wanting something more. I want to give her a warm meal, hold her, and tell her everything is ok. That is the way I feel about this image. Excellent work.
