PC: I tried to get a shot of the "electronics component" that this insulator is attached to, but I just couldn't do it justice. It's a variable transmitting inductor, probably good for 10 kilowatts. It's about a foot long and 4 inches in diameter. Made entirely of ceramic and glass, with silver plated wired for the coil and silver plated wiper contacts. Weighs about 10 pounds! I also have some "egg slicer" variable trasmitting capacitors that can handle about 4 kilovolts. If I have time tomorrow I'll try to get some shots of them.
