Judging from her ears, she must be part Vulcan, Like Leonard Nimoy (Oh wait, he's Jewish!) Render looks great, but you need to work on your cloth textures more. If you haven't up to now, try connecting your coth texture maps to the bump and displacement nodes, and set each at a value of 0.010. This will lend a more natural feel to the clothes themselves. Anothe point is how her hands emerge from the sleaves of her robe. In postwork, you ned to use some kind of burning tool (That's what it's called in Photoshop, but you use PSP, and I don't know its equivalent name), and darken the edge between the sleave and her wrist, to give a hint of shadow there. (These are things that I have been criticised for myself, and have had to learn the hardway). Overall, it's a very sweet picture! DO keep up the good work! David P. Hoadley PS: I'm way behind on my comments, because of my remapping project. I don't know if I'll ever catch up.

Beautiful render, great scenery and composition. If I may offer some observations: The posing of the characters is somewhat disconnected for the storyline of forbidden romance; perhaps if they were looking at each other or touching- something to give meaning and feeling to the fact that they are sneaking away to see each other. Overall, the quality of this piece is wonderful, just some tweaking to show their emotion or feeling would add a lot to the scene.

Really great job with the horse and horse armor! Regarding the dress/sleeves, it looks to me as if it's just that the dress has Cast Shadows disabled (Properties tab of Parameter Dials window) - it should be casting shadow on itself as well as the elf girl, that would be where I'd look. The horse tail has some polygon joins showing (render with smoothing or bend the lines with Warp in paintshop pro), and the male guardsman has a little nostril glow going on. It would also be nice if the characters were interacting a little more, maybe some eye contact or touch. That black armor on the knight really looks sexy, nice job showing that.
