That's a cool image, really distinctive. The only thing I would suggest - small thing - is to spend a little more effort on the left hand and get a better grip on the broken heart ring item she's holding. Really an interesting character and background, beautiful smile even though she's holding out something painful to give away (but all of us do it).

Very cool. I'm a little confused by her skin-tone, is she wearing a tattered bodystocking or something? That's my only complaint -- it looks wonderful and scary.
