After seeing your comment the other day Anne, I knew I had to post this one as well. :)
This photo as well as the one two days ago is from the Polynesian Cultural Center on Oahu. They do a "Rainbows of Paradise" Canoe Pageant where they have the boats come through and they do their native dances on the boat for everybody to see. Then they row down to the other end of the center and do it again for the rest of the people. Start 3 boats on one end and 3 on the other to hit the six cultures they cover.
Though as you can see from the long pole this fellow's holding, he wasn't a dancer who fell in, but rather the boatman. They told us after the fact that it's a tradition that on somebody's first day in the show, they get dumped. I'm not sure they told him or not though. LOL The dancers rocked the boat 'til he went down, then coasted in the water 'til he got back on. I hope for his sake they didn't do it again at the other end of the center.

Wow John, you and your camera captured a very colorful and dynamic shot- and it is framed perfectly. From the boatman's expression, he looks a little "surprised" (AKA bordering on Pissed!).
