A nice shot and a puzzle! Looks organic to me, maybe bark but I don't know what species (if it is bark) I look forward to the answer!

I would guess a trimmed palm tree? ... but seems like it could be any number of things. Lovely abstract, hurry back soon!

A formal dinner at a termite convention? You're not the only creative thinker around here! LOL It sure is an interesting specimen to look at with all the weathering and various colors and textures and patterns. Great one, Rozanne. Hugs, Suzanne

Alien architecture. That's what it is. :^) Cool shot - maybe cactus bones? No. Interesting whatever it turns out to be. I will be sure to return to find out.

It does look like bark of some sort or possibly a fungus, Rozaanne, but I prefer to think that it is a 'super-size me' neolithic sandwich for a stone giant ( with a good dental plan, as our American friends would put it ) ;o) Regards, John.

I was going to say some type of bread, but the more I look the less I think that. Really cool, so what the heck is it? I gotta know!
