Description
A tribute to the victims of the Virginia Tech massacre ... whose bright minds and young lives were senselessly extinguished by a dark and troubled entity on an otherwise ordinary April morning. My thoughts and prayers are with the families of the deceased tonight.

A beautiful and fitting tribute, Helen. What a tragedy....

I join with you in your beautiful tribute. Such a senseless waste of tomorrow's promise.

So many things to learn and enjoy in this world, like creating fractals for instance...it all makes no sense to those of us who cannot comprehend the mindset of those who steal life from others. Helen, each and every one of your images is a little celebration unto its own, and this one, again, defies words and description. Colors, textures, and soooo much detail :-)))

What a beautiful tribute in such a dark hour. You are so right, bright minds and young lives snuffed out far too soon.

HOW WONDERFUL IS THIS DETAILED TRIBUTE TO THE GRIEVING PEOPLE IN THE BEAUTIFUL STATE OF VIRGINIA. YOU ARE VERY SPECIAL TO CREATE THIS PIECE OF THE EMBODIMENT OF YOUR ARTISTIC SKILLS. WONDERFUL WORK HELEN.

My hearts go out to the families and friends of these young men and women and to the State of Virginia as they deal with this senselessness! Virginia had been my home for the last 15 years and my heart goes out to them as they deal with such loss again. A very fitting tribute my friend!

A beautifully poignant and moving tribute- written and visual, to those whose lives were snuffed out in a senseless brutal massacre. My thoughts, prayers and tears remain with the family and friends.

If you offered a printed enlargement of this wonderful tribute to the campus authorities I'm sure they would appreciate and showcase it. Probably the only thing beautiful that came out of that madness.

What a gorgeous creation for such a tragedy I hope it is not wrong of me to say.......... but guns are not so easy to come by in the UK............ perhaps the US government should do something about the laws Sorry just my OP. It does not detract from my sympathy for those who have lost their loved ones yesterday

I just found out...lead by Bunny's Tear fractal...and I am ENRAGED that this was not stopped by the people that saw the "signs".... this is just toooo much. Separate from that emotional stuff in me...your fractals are beauties!

A lovely dedication to a very tragic event. This is a lovely lacy spiral.

you are right Helen and I am upset always that the stupid media runs coverage into the ground and gives other wackos the same idea for copycat.the movies of the guy should have never been shown. it does nothing to solve the issue and only propagates. only the morbid curiosity seekers would benefit
