Amantani Island (Lake Titicaca - Peru)
Where we lived with a local Quechan family for one day and night ... and a very delicious dinner they prepared !

we eat : La sopa de quinoa : Quinoa's origins are truly ancient. It was one of the three staple foods, along with corn and potatoes (more than 1000 varieties) of the Inca civilization. ...un potage hautement nutritif avec pour ingrient principal la quinoa = graine sacr des incas !
